Holty Paws & Hooves grew from something very simple, a lifelong love for dogs, horses and all the four-legged family members who bring so much joy to our lives.
Caring for them is not simply a job. It is part of our daily rhythm and at the very heart of who we are.
It is the trust built on every walk. The familiar voice at the stable door. The moment a nervous dog begins to relax. The joyful adventures, reassuring companionship and the photograph that lets you know they are happy and safe when you cannot be there.
We take time to understand every pet and horse, their personality, routines, confidence and the little things that help them feel comfortable, fulfilled and loved. Every tail wag, gentle nuzzle and soft neigh tells its own story. Whether it’s a gentle dog who enjoys a steady wander, an energetic pup needing room to stretch, or a horse who thrives with soft handling and familiar voices, our care is tailored to who they are.

When you’re away from home, you can trust us to take care of your furry friends with all the attention, love and care they deserve, just as you would.
Be assured that we will treat your pet as we would treat our own, with all of the love and playfulness they need. That’s why, above anything else, we prioritise your pet’s comfort, fulfilment, enrichment and satisfaction.
Our ethos extends to our equine services. Led by founder Gabby and daughter Maja, our care is built on a lifelong love of horses, patience, trust and connection.
Our standard of care is non-negotiable
We use our own suitable domestic vehicles with tethers and harnesses for pet transport, ensuring a familiar and comfortable environment for your furry friend (no vans or crates here!)
We train each of our walkers personally and take special care to facilitate individual introductions to the animals and owners they’ll be responsible for.
We send you a report card complete with photos for your total peace of mind each time your furry pal is in our care.
We work with your animal to form a profound bond, helping them build confidence, social skills and trust in our care.
We strive for diversity and variety in our weekly walk locations to ensure your dog isn’t repeatedly getting the same sniffs and settings over and over.
We take special care to ensure that our group walks never exceed a small dog:walker ratio, and that the dogs in each group are compatible (i.e. single sex walks if a bitch is in heat)
